On July 2, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released the final rule -
Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: Change of Listing Status for Certain Substitutes under the Significant
New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program*

Transportation classifications for chest-type ice cream freezers and dishwashers are under review,
which could impact your freight expenses! The Commodity Classification Standards Board (CCSB) is
soliciting input prior to review of the National Motor Freight Classification (NMFC). Shippers
of these items are encouraged to evaluate their unique situations and provide specific
transportation characteristics, including density, handling, stability and liability to the CCSB.

technical minds. Since 1999, Wightman served as president and CEO of XDX Innovative Refrigeration,
which focuses on improved refrigerant flow properties, heat transfer and thermodynamics to assist
customers in driving down energy consumption in refrigeration and HVAC equipment. Services have

calendar and signup form to begin taking reservations for its World Headquarters & Global
Training Facility in Fort Mill, S.C. The space can be used for equipment training,
